Our goal with Ethos Cabernet is to showcase power and richness of Washington fruit combined with an Old World elegance. 2006 Ethos Cabernet offers dark fruit aromas with flavors of boysenberry and mocha on a decadent rich palate and an elegant finish. Cabernet from this iconic 35-year-old vineyard always delivers power, structure and rich concentrated black fruit. This is a dense wine with great aging potential. 2010 Eroica Riesling exudes mandarin orange and sweet lime aromas and flavors with subtle mineral notes. mouth-watering acidity is beautifully balanced by flavorful Washington Riesling fruit. After a more than a decade we have truly found our Eroica style, striving for beautiful bright fruit with crisp acidity and enhanced mineralilty. 100% Riesling Wine Spectator rating: 90.

warmth of Wahluke Slope produces Chardonnay with an appealing tropical fruit character and rich, creamy texture. Indian Wells Chardonnay delivers ripe sweet fruit flavors with caramel and brown sugar notes. I like this wine with scallops, scampi or pasta with rich sauces. International Wine Cellar rating: 87.

Cold Creek Vineyard has a long tradition of producing a rich, soft tropical style of Riesling because of area's warm temperatures. This 2007 Cold Creek Riesling offers deep fruit-driven aromas and flavors of ripe peach and pineapple, while maintaining a refined elegance and a fresh, clean, refreshing finish. The wine's concentration is attributed to older vines that Cold Creek is so well known for. My food choice with this wine is a spicy Thai chicken salad. Wine & Spirits rating: 90.

This 100% Sauvignon Blanc from our Horse Heaven Vineyard is a restrained, elegant and delicate Sauvignon Blanc as an expression of cooler vintage. We used partial stainless steel fermentation to preserve Sauvignon Blanc's clean, pure, vibrant character and fresh, crisp quality. This wine pairs nicely with various foods, herbs and spices, such as mussels, halibut, chicken, cilantro, oregano, rosemary, cumin, curry and ginger. The Wine Advocate rating: 90.

78% Merlot, 18% Syrah, 2% Cabernet, 2% Malbec. Indian Wells Merlot offers ripe berry fruit aromas and jammy flavors typical of Wahluke Slope reds. This is a full bodied style of warm climate Merlot with a round, supple finish. We added Wahluke Slope syrah to enhance mouthfeel and rich fruit character. I call this my pasta wine! Pair with hearty pastas, arroz con pollo, flank steak salad.
