2009 vintage enjoyed a balanced growing season with plenty of good weather, which allowed us to pick our Riesling grapes at full maturity. juice is cold-fermented until just right amount of sugar has been converted to alcohol, then racked and filtered to leave desired amount of residual sweetness. Our Riesling is lower in alcohol than typical table wines, because a portion of grape sugar is left unfermented. Our 2009 Riesling has aromas and flavors of lemon and fig, with a strong floral component. wine is finished in medium-sweet range and balanced with ample acidity. This well-balanced Riesling is an excellent pairing with seafood or and pasta in a cream sauce. wine also pairs beautifully with mild cheeses.
