This is a lead free pewter pendant made of recycled pewter. It is in a twisted heart shape measuring about 1 3/4 inches long by 1 1/8 inches wide. The cut-out is of an Egyptian Ahnk. The engraving is reads "Eternal Heart" in a hand written font. The pendant comes with a ball chain necklace. See alternate picture for size perspective. Although mostly used as a pendant, it can also be attached to a key ring or just carried in your pocket as is.
